Steve Lett is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in content management, artificial intelligence, SaaS, software development, audience engagement, and media. As Principal and Co-Founder of OJT Associates, Inc. and LightCastle Fiber, Steve focuses on helping clients secure payment for WIOA On-the-Job-Training and optimizing fiber installation businesses, respectively. Throughout a diverse career, Steve has held various roles, including Strategic Sales at EffortlessHR, Strategy and Execution at Growth Associates, and Business Strategy at TORQworks. Additionally, as President of Lett & Associates, Inc., Steve leads an independent consulting firm dedicated to business development. Educationally, Steve holds a BA in Political Science and Geography from Valparaiso University.
