Donna Frescura

Donna Frescura is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in integrated care management, having served as the Director of Integrated Care Management at Torrance Memorial IPA since August 2021. Prior roles include Interim Director of Care Management and Case Management Supervisor at AltaMed Health Services, as well as Corporate Director of Health Care Services at Molina Healthcare.
