Theresa Chisholm

Theresa Chisholm has diverse work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering. Theresa currently works at Torrens University Australia as the Head of HR Business Partners for Australia, New Zealand, and China. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR Business Partners (Shared Services) for Australia and New Zealand at the same company.

Before joining Torrens University, Chisholm worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Rentokil Initial from 2016 to 2019. Theresa also gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant at GPC Asia Pacific from 2014 to 2016.

Chisholm's earlier roles include a contract position as a Human Resources Manager at Ice Design from 2013 to 2014, a Human Resources Advisor role at Thales from 2012 to 2013, and a Relationships & Experiences (HR) Advisor contract role at Platinum Communications from 2011 to 2012.

Theresa began their career in the HR field with The Brackenbury Group/Vodafone Pty in 2006, where they held roles as an HR Advisor from 2008 to 2011 and HR Administrator from 2006 to 2008.

Theresa Chisholm attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Learning with a focus on Human Resources Management.
