Shaun Herron has extensive experience in UX design and creative direction. Shaun started their career as a Senior Designer at Singlestep Technologies in 2002 and then joined Microsoft / Filter Talent as a Senior Designer in 2004. In 2006, Shaun worked as a UX / Creative Director at Real Networks and Filter Talent LLC. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a UX / IXD / Visual Design professional at Keepe. Currently, Shaun holds multiple roles at TORSH. Shaun started as a Lead UX, UI, IXD in March 2016 and later became the Director of UX Design. Shaun is currently serving as the Chief Design Officer.

Shaun Herron has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained a ScrumMaster Certification from SolutionsIQ - Scrum Alliance. Shaun also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Bellevue College. Additionally, they have studied Graphic Design at San Antonio College and Design and Visual Communications, General at the University of Washington.

Shaun has taken several online courses and obtained certifications in various fields. Shaun completed the Ableton Live course from Coursera Verified Certificates in February 2015. In December 2012, they obtained a Human-Computer Interaction certification from Sanford Online. Shaun also obtained a Gamification certification from the University of Pennsylvania Online in October 2012.

Shaun has participated in workshops and training programs to enhance their skills. Shaun attended ZURB University in 2014 for a program on Creative Direction for Organizations and Products, and in the same year, they also completed a course on Responsive Email Design from ZURB University. In 2013, they participated in a User Testing to Validate Design workshop at ZURB University. Additionally, they completed a course on Marketing Mobile Apps from Udemy in 2013.

Shaun has a keen interest in user experience (UX) design and has attended workshops and courses related to this field. Shaun completed a course on UX - Understanding and Evaluating the Cross-Channel Experience from User Testing / Nielsen Norman Group. Shaun also completed courses on Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University in 2012 and Affordances: Designing Intuitive User Interfaces and Psychology of Interaction Design: The Ultimate Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Furthermore, Shaun holds a Conversion Marketing Certification from Market Motive, which they obtained in 2010.
