Gabriela Middleton has been working in the legal field since 2021. Gabriela began their career as a Case Specialist at FINRA, where they applied analytical skills to assist with providing interpretations regarding rules and regulations, analyzed assigned cases for accuracy and completeness, and acted as a liaison between parties and arbitrators. Gabriela then moved to FREEMAN INJURY LAW PA as a Litigation Paralegal, where they answered and directed phone calls, monitored deadlines and scheduling, and established and maintained paperwork and electronic filing. In 2020, Gabriela took on the role of Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where they provided appropriate leadership direction and supervision relevant to the academic progress and personal development, knew how to analyze players with potential, spot weaknesses, and address those areas in the proper way, and prepared and implemented game strategies and basketball analytics. Gabriela also worked as a Legal Assistant at Spyreede's Law Firm, providing administrative support to lawyers and enhancing office effectiveness, as well as handling communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies. Additionally, Gabriela worked as a Sales Associate at Orange Theory Fitness in 2019, selling studio memberships, engaging with members of the community, and assisting members with any issues, questions, or concerns. Currently, Gabriela is a Legal Specialist at Torticity and a Personal Injury Paralegal at Berman Law Group, with working knowledge of computer applications, drafting and filing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings, and negotiating settlements and reductions.
Gabriela Middleton completed a Master's degree in Legal Studies, General from Post University between 2015 and 2019. Gabriela also completed additional studies in Legal Studies, General from Post University during the same time period.
