Previously, as the VP of Strategy & Operational Performance at REEF, James managed a team overseeing the operational performance of 130 units, driving significant revenue and transaction volume. James also held roles such as Senior Strategic Consultant for the Chicago Cubs, where involvement included the development of a proprietary pricing system, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Super98, LLC, leading operational and financial restructuring efforts.
