Kim Dillon has extensive experience in the field of organizational development (OD) and human resources (HR). Kim has worked in various roles, starting in 2001 as an HR Assistant at St Helens Council. Kim then moved on to Helena Partnerships, where they held positions such as OD Business Partner and OD Business Manager. In these roles, they focused on strategy development, change management, and learning and development interventions.

Since 2015, Kim has been working at Torus, initially as an OD Business Manager and later as the Head of OD Partnering & Transformation. In their current role as the Group Head of People, they are responsible for leading the development and delivery of comprehensive OD business partnering services, aligning them with the corporate plan and OD strategy. Kim also focuses on promoting leadership accountability, talent development, performance management, and positive employee relations.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated their ability to provide effective and efficient HR services, support business change and transformation, and ensure compliance with best practices and legislative requirements.

Kim Dillon completed their Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Wigan and Leigh College from 2009 to 2012. Kim also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they achieved Test Administration certification from Stuart Robertson Associates and CBAPPS Level 5 certification from CIPD. In 2010, they acquired CIEH Level 1 Stress Awareness certification. In 2013, they completed a course on Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations from Coursera. In 2015, they obtained the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management from THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT. Finally, in 2022, they completed the CMI Level 7 - Coaching and Mentoring Programme from In Professional Development (InPD).
