Lena Yim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lena started their career at Boeing as a Lean Manufacturing Co-op before moving on to roles at Procter & Gamble, Liz Claiborne, and NexGen Advisors, where they focused on process improvement and supply chain strategy. Lena then worked at Omnicom Media Group as a Project Manager before joining Polo Ralph Lauren as the Director of Men's Production Operations. Lena later joined Gap Inc. as the Director of Change Management. At Cole Haan, Lena held the position of Director of Merchandising Operations, where they oversaw business analytics, calendar/process management, and sample management. Lena then worked as a Freelance Operations Consultant at WWAKE, where they implemented a production ordering/tracking system and created Google Sheet tools to streamline processes. Currently, Lena is the Director of Global Account Services at Tory Burch, where they lead a team responsible for global order entry and inventory allocation, as well as serving on the SAP Steering Committee. Throughout their career, Lena has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving operational efficiency.
Lena Yim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Lena then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering, Concentration: Systems Engineering, at Cornell University from 2000 to 2001.
