Cindy Spaugh is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and operations. Currently serving as Director of Services Operations and Director of Americas Credit, Collections & Leasing at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since September 2014, Cindy oversees a diverse team across multiple countries, focusing on credit management, financing, and accounts receivable functions. Previously, Cindy held various roles at HP for over 15 years, managing significant credit portfolios and team operations. Earlier career positions include a role as Collection Analyst at Compaq Computer Corporation and Collection Team Lead at Revlon, Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in collections and dispute resolution. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from East Carolina University.
