Joel Sparks

Joel Sparks has accumulated extensive work experience in various sales and management positions. Joel'smost recent role was as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Total Ancillary, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the National Sales Director at PAVmed Inc. from 2022 to 2023, where they oversaw sales operations, customer engagement, commercial launch strategy, and business development. Before joining PAVmed Inc., Joel worked as a Regional Sales Manager at InfuTronix LLC from 2017 to 2022, where they were responsible for business development in the southwest region. Joel also has experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager at Priority One Medical, an Area Manager at PharMEDium Services, an Area Director at InfuSystem, and in sales roles at I-FLOW CORPORATION/KIMBERLY-CLARK, Applied Medical, Reliant Pharmaceuticals, and Behr Process Corporation.

Joel Sparks obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Midwestern State University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Hardin-Simmons University from 1993 to 1995. Joel also attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1993.
