Patricia “Tricia” Boman joined Total Bank Solutions in 2009 following a career that afforded her broad experience throughout the insurance, finance and brokerage industries. Known for her enthusiastic and compassionate interpersonal skills, she is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources and office administration, including employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, and training and education.
