Kelly Deal

Kelly Deal, MS, BCBA, is a seasoned professional in behavior analysis and education with a diverse background working with children, particularly those with disabilities. Currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Total Care ABA Therapy since January 2022, Kelly previously held a similar role at Benchmark Human Services and worked as an RBT at both Butterfly Effects and Early Autism Project. Additional experience includes tutoring English as a Second Language at SnapLingo and teaching physical and science education at various middle schools. Kelly obtained a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in History Teacher Education and Biology from Southern Adventist University.
