Meaghan Donahue

Meaghan Donahue is the current President & CEO of Total Education Solutions. Meaghan has a long history of working in education, starting as a Special Education Teacher in 2004. In this role, they were responsible for creating behavior support plans, writing Individualized Education Programs, monitoring student progress, conducting academic and behavioral assessments, and serving as a liaison between students, teachers, counselors, courts, and parents. In their next role as a Master Teacher at The Linden Center, they were responsible for modifying curriculum to meet the needs of each individual child. Meaghan also supervised and trained Instructional Assistants in the classroom and behavior management. In 2001, they started working in sales as a District Manager at ADP. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of sales reps and achieving sales targets.

Meaghan Donahue has a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. Meaghan is currently a teacher at Westlake High School.
