Robert Grim has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and construction industry. Robert is currently the Managing Director at Total Facility Solutions, where they oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems to various industries. Prior to this, Robert served as the Principal Market Lead/Head of Corporate Business Development at Anchor QEA, where they managed client accounts, provided strategic direction, and supported market growth efforts. Robert also served as the President of US Operations at PTW Energy Services, overseeing construction, maintenance, and operational support for the oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, and wastewater markets. Robert has held senior vice president positions at AECOM and Parsons Corporation and has experience in disaster recovery operations and managing large-scale projects. Robert began their career as a project manager at Merck and Parsons Corporation.
Robert Grim completed an Executive Program in Strategic Leadership Institute at the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2002. Prior to that, they attended the University of Miami from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
