Zach Alvey has gained significant experience in the field of IT over the years. Zach started their career as an iPhone Technical Support Representative and iTunes Technical Support/Billing Agent for Volt on Contract for Apple Inc in 2009, where they demonstrated their expertise in troubleshooting difficult iPhone and iTunes software issues. Zach also supported Mac applications and Microsoft's Outlook and Windows operating systems.

In 2010, Alvey transitioned to Telenetwork, where they worked as a One Support Technician Level 2, specializing in fixing software-related computer issues for multiple ISPs. Zach excelled in providing advanced support beyond regular Internet Help Desk problems.

Alvey then took on roles as a Network Technician at Rescue Tech in 2012 and as a System Administrator at 360 Technology Partners LLC later that year. Zach further expanded their skills as a System Administrator at Internetwerx in 2012-2013.

Currently, Alvey is employed at Total IT, Inc. as the Director of IT since 2015. Their responsibilities include overseeing special projects such as O365 tenant to tenant migrations, file server migrations, new infrastructure setup, and Exchange to O365 migrations. Zach also specializes in IT infrastructure consolidations for mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Alvey handles complex escalations and supervises a team of eight technicians.

Zach Alvey pursued a Business Management Associates degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and Customer Service at North Central Texas College - Corinth from 2008 to 2013.
