Tim Bauer

Tim Bauer has over 30 years of experience in the financial and lending industry. Tim most recently served as the VP St Louis at Total Lending Concepts, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, Tim was a Branch Manager at Mariner Finance from May 2019 to September 2020. From June 2016 to July 2018, they were the Sales Manager at Ditech Financial LLC.

Tim's extensive experience also includes a role as VP of Servicing at Green Tree Servicing (now Ditech Financial LLC), where they managed the largest regional office with over 115 employees. Tim was responsible for exceeding servicing goals, employee training, CFPB compliance, employee relations, adherence to FNMA protocols, and REO sales strategies.

Before that, Tim served as a Regional VP at Green Tree Financial (which changed its name to Green Tree Servicing), where they managed a loan office with up to 65 employees. Their responsibilities included marketing strategies for business and consumer loans, goal performance, and processing servicing performance. Tim held this position from February 1983 to June 2003.

Tim Bauer attended Missouri State University from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In addition to their formal education, Tim Bauer obtained a certification as a Licensed Loan Originator in 48 states in March 2009.
