Tom Ramsey

Tom Ramsey has over 32 years of experience in the staffing industry. Tom is the President of Total Placement Staffing Solutions and a founding member and co-owner of Anserteam. Tom has also served on the board of TempNET Staffing Assoc for over 9 years and is a member of the American Staffing Assoc. Tom is a speaker for various organizations on staffing, hiring, and marketing for small businesses. In addition, Tom has received the ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for superior service in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Prior to their current role, they were a Partner at Cli-MAX Riding Gear & Motorcycle Accessories from 2009 to 2014. Tom started their career as the Vice President of Hargis Company Electronics, where they worked from 1976 to 1989.

Tom Ramsey attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1974 to 1978. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management & Marketing.
