Michael Riddell

Michael Riddell is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance, law enforcement, and business management. Currently serving as an Executive at Total Quality Lending and a Broker at World Financial Group since October 2019, Riddell also holds the position of CEO at The Mortgage Police. Previously, Riddell was a Talent Acquisition Partner at HomeFirst Mortgage Bankers and served as a Police Officer for the City of Anaheim, where responsibilities included high-risk incident response. Riddell has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Riddell Transport and Co-Founder of XS Motors, where efforts focused on stabilizing and selling distressed businesses. Riddell holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, completed in 2009.
