David Santos

David Santos has a diverse work experience in IT and information systems. David worked at Total Quality Logistics as a Regional IT Specialist Team Lead, where they led a team and provided top-tier support to end users. Prior to that, they were a Regional IT Support Specialist II at the same company, where they provided technical support to employees and managed PC inventory. David also worked as an IT Specialist at MV Transportation, where they provided IT support and incident management. Additionally, they worked as an Information System Administrator at the University of Puerto Rico, where they managed server infrastructure and optimized IT systems. David also gained experience as an Information System Administrator-Intern at McCann Erickson, where they worked on 3D blueprints, commercial editing, and security solution development.

David Santos completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Systems Information from Atlantic University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2010-2011. Before attending Atlantic University, they studied Computer Animation at Full Sail University from 2007 to 2010. David'seducation journey began at Miami Institute of Arts and Design, where they focused on Information Systems and Computer Science with a specialization in Computer Science of Animation from 2005 to 2007.
