Quentin Graves

Quentin Graves has extensive work experience in facilities management and engineering. Quentin currently serves as the Director of Facilities at Total Quality Logistics since 2022. Prior to their current role, Quentin held several positions at JLL, including Regional Facilities Manager from 2003 to 2022. Quentin also worked at Procter & Gamble, where they served as Facility & Mechanical Systems Manager from 1999 to 2003. Quentin's earlier roles at Procter & Gamble included Building Systems Manager and Design Engineer.

Quentin Graves earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University between 1985 and 1990. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Facility Management Professional (FMP®) from IFMA in 2022, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021, Motivating and Engaging Employees from LinkedIn in 2021, and Managing Employee Performance Problems from LinkedIn in 2020.
