Jenny Deller

Jenny Deller is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer with a diverse background in higher education and corporate training. Currently employed at Total Training Solutions Inc. as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer since September 2023, Jenny conducts needs analyses, crafts learning objectives, and designs training solutions for call center agents using various instructional strategies and technology tools. Previous positions include consulting roles at NJEdge, Caresyntax, and CGS, where Jenny guided instructors in course design, provided customer education on software applications, and managed multiple projects while applying effective evaluation methods. Jenny's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and additional studies in Elementary Education and Psychology.
