Cécile Coudroy has a strong background in the energy industry, having worked in various roles over the years. Cécile started their career at Ajilon in 2007 as a Well Performance & Data engineer, where they gained valuable experience in analyzing well performance data. In 2012, they joined TotalEnergies as a Metering & Allocation engineer, responsible for maintaining metering systems and managing fiscal measurements. Cécile later became the Head of Metering & Allocation, where they oversaw the maintenance, availability, and reliability of all metering systems in the TOTAL Nigeria JV. Cécile also had a role as a Field Operations Methods specialist, before becoming a Digital Asset Lead. In their most recent role with TotalEnergies, they served as the Carbon Footprint Reduction Project Lead, where they consolidated and monitored carbon reduction projects and promoted solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Throughout their career, Cécile demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in managing complex projects.
Cécile Coudroy earned a Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Energy and Transfers from ISAE-SUPAERO from 2005 to 2007. Cécile later obtained a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2006-2007. In 2019, they attended ESCP Business School and earned a degree in Digital Transformation Facilitator.
