Sukreeti Koul

Sukreeti Koul has over 17 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources at TotalEnergies. Before that, they worked at Mars as the People and Organisation Director for their India Pet Nutrition division. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading the HR function, developing a people strategy, and co-creating the talent strategy for the organization. Prior to Mars, Sukreeti worked at Royal Canin as the People & Organization Manager, where they built the HR department from the ground up and implemented HR standards and compliance. Sukreeti also acted as a change agent for integrating the culture of the parent group, Mars, with Royal Canin. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wrigley in various roles, including Assistant Manager - People & Organization and Executive - People & Organization, where they were responsible for the entire spectrum of HR function, from talent and performance management to policy formulation and governance. Sukreeti began their career at Wrigley as an Executive in Production. Overall, Sukreeti has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness across multiple industries.

Sukreeti Koul completed their senior secondary education in Science at GMSSS-Sec 35, Chandigarh in 2001. Sukreeti then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Food Technology, at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology-Panjab University from 2001 to 2005.
