Victoria Smythe has over a decade of experience in sales and account management. Currently, as the TPI Sales Team Manager at TotalEnergies since March 2011, Victoria oversees a team of Account Development Managers, focusing on their training and development. Prior to that, as an Account Development Manager at TotalEnergies, responsibilities included providing account management to a major TPI Broker and ensuring adherence to sales processes while achieving key performance indicators. Victoria's experience also includes working as an Account Manager at Parfums Christian Dior from June 2008 to November 2010, where supervision of Beauty Consultants and extensive training in cosmetics and customer service were key responsibilities.
