Vladimir Timofeev

Vladimir Timofeev has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Head of Drilling Engineering at TotalEnergies since May 2012. Vladimir's responsibilities include providing operational support for global onshore drilling and well operations, coordinating the technical standards of the company, and managing a significant number of derogation requests each year. Notable achievements include leading the engineering and execution of a high-pressure dual branch development well in the Caspian Sea and maintaining drilling engineering software. Previously, Vladimir held various engineering roles at Baker Hughes, where foundational skills in drilling operations were developed. Vladimir Timofeev holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and completed further education at IFP School in 2012.
