Swapnil Kudle is the Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Totality Corp. Swapnil has a strong background in strategy, product management, HR analytics, and teaching at institutes like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, IIM Ranchi, and Welingkar. Previously, Swapnil held leadership roles in organization development, talent management, learning, and digitization at Legrand (India). Swapnil also has experience in strategy consulting at Accenture and KPMG. Swapnil has a MA in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from UICT.
