Carolina Ferreira began their work experience in 2017 as an Analyst of Customer Service at Smart Fit, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined TotalPass Brasil, initially as an Analyst of Customer Experience, and then transitioned to the role of Relationship Executive. Currently, Carolina holds the position of Senior Customer Success Executive at TotalPass Brasil.
Carolina Ferreira completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2014.
