Monica Gheorghe

Monica Gheorghe is the Delivery QA Director at TotalSoft. Monica has over fifteen years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management.

Monica started their career as a Junior Engineer for Tracking execution Baneasa residential 2. Monica was quickly promoted to Site Planning Engineer for The Embassy of Canada where they were responsible for the foundation execution.

In 2002, Monica became a Site Engineer for Drilling works for subway stations Pajura - 1 May. During their time there, they oversaw the execution of bricks tunnels, galleries and box structure diaphragm walls, filling injections. Monica was also responsible for the Vodafone Polytechnic building and the Execution apartment building S + P + 4.

In 2004, Monica left Tungal Metrou SA to join TotalSoft as their Delivery QA Director. In this role, they are responsible for managing the software development process and ensuring that quality standards are met.

Monica Gheorghe has a Master’s Degree in Project Management and Construction Works from Bucharest Technical University of Civil Engineering, Romania. Monica is also certified by Oracle as an Authorized trainer for Oracle Primavera EPPM Applications, Certified Hyperion Planning 11.1.1 Presales Specialist, Certified Primavera Implementation Methodology (P6 EPPM v8), and Certified Primavera Project Planner P3 and for the Enterprise. Monica also has a certification in Professional AutoCAD from Technical University Of Civil Engineering Bucharest and Train the Trainers Certified - Project Management from ANC Education.

Monica Gheorghe reports to Gorkem Tursucu, CEO. Monica Gheorghe works with Adina Gurgu - ERP PostImplementation and BI Director, Cosmin Ciobanu - HR Director, and Dirim Nasuhogullari - EAS ERP Delivery Director.
