Kenton Hicks

Kenton Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kenton began their career at FirstComp Insurance in 2007, where they worked as a Wellness Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for managing the corporate wellness program, monitoring participation in wellness events, and communicating upcoming events to employees. After a year, Kenton transitioned to the role of MRA (Inside Sales) at the same company.

In 2012, Kenton joined Markel Corporation as a Health Programs Specialist. Here, they focused on working with associates to understand their health and provide guidance on making health and lifestyle changes. Kenton also collaborated with health vendors to implement effective programs and offered personal training and exercise advice to associates.
