Lee Cooper

Lee Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, consultancy, and training management. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Manager at Totara since July 2021, Lee has held several leadership roles focused on customer experience, consultancy, and product strategy within Agile environments. Previously, Lee worked at Learning Pool as a Learning and Development Consultant and at Infosys Consulting as a Principal Consultant, specializing in learning management system implementations and enterprise change initiatives. Additional roles include Assistant Business Partner at Wigan Council, where Lee developed engaging online training environments, and Learning & Development Manager at London Scottish Bank, managing corporate training programs and budgets. Lee holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford and a Certificate in Training Practice from Wigan and Leigh College.
