Mike Maurath

Mike Maurath has over 17 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. From 2004 to 2021, they served as the Managing Partner at Cross Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of HCM resources. In this role, Mike utilized their industry knowledge and HCM skills to guide strategic decisions and ensure project success. Since April 2021, they have taken on the position of Vice President, Government & Public Sector at Totara Learning.

Mike Maurath completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Loyola University Maryland in 1997. Mike then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in MIS and Operations Management from the same university in 2003.
