Loren Rodger

Loren Rodger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, project management, and business analysis across various industries. Since July 2021, Loren has served as a Product Owner at Totara Learning, focusing on maximizing product value and co-leading development teams using an Outcome-Driven Approach. Prior to this role, Loren worked as a Senior Business Analyst at CRS Software Ltd, leading significant data migration and product development projects within a SCRUM framework. Additional project management roles were held at Federated Farmers and the Registered Master Builders Association, where Loren managed the implementation of CRM and engagement systems. Previous experiences include HRIS consultancy at Tourism New Zealand and leadership positions at Wellington City Council, alongside foundational roles in HRMS consulting at NZ Post and Condol International.
