Matt Linaker

Matt Linaker is a highly experienced professional specializing in customer success and instructional design. Currently serving as Head of Advocacy and Insight and Partner Onboarding and Enablement Lead at Totara since August 2017, Matt leads the Customer Success team and oversees global partner education initiatives. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager, where Matt established key strategies for customer satisfaction, and Senior Instructional Designer, responsible for developing feature-focused courses. Prior experience at YES'N'YOU involved managing a successful teaching and learning team and creating innovative e-learning materials. With a Master’s Degree in Technology Enhanced Learning from The University of Huddersfield and a BA Hons in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Stirling, Matt possesses a strong academic background complementing professional expertise in education and instructional design.
