William Feaster

William Feaster is a Director of Government Business Development at TOTE Group, part of the Saltchuk Family of Companies. William has a background working in various roles in the US Navy and maritime industry, including serving as Commanding Officer in the Navy Reserve and working as a Program Manager / Advisor in the US Navy. With a BS in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MS in Project Management from Boston University, William Feaster has a strong educational background to complement their extensive professional experience.
