Luciano Elizondo

Luciano Elizondo has a diverse work experience in the aviation and technology industries. Luciano began their career at LATAM Airlines, where they served in various roles, including Strategic Alliances Project Manager and Aircraft Acquisitions Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing and controlling systems connectivity between LATAM and partner airlines, as well as managing fleet development projects. Luciano also demonstrated their expertise in generating efficiencies and applying lean manufacturing methodology. After their time at LATAM, they joined Betterfly, where they held several leadership positions, including Head of Operations and Global Operations Director. In these roles, they oversaw international operations and played a key role in optimizing and improving the company's operational performance. Currently, Luciano serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Toteat, where they continue to utilize their strategic and operational skills to drive the company's success.

Luciano Elizondo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Civil Mecánico from the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they also pursued studies in Ingeniero Aeronáutico at the Academia Politécnica Aeronáutica FACH from 2011 to 2012. Luciano has also obtained a certification in "Aprende data science: Conceptos básicos" from LinkedIn in 2020.
