Jane M Gross

Jane M Gross is an experienced professional in account management and client service, currently serving as an Account Executive at Totem since May 2023. Gross’s lengthy career at MetLife spanned from 1980 to 2021, holding multiple roles including National Accounts Client Service Director and Disability Service Leader, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and developing communication protocols for Disability products.
