Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our product engineering team, driving the development of high-impact products that serve our extensive user base across multiple countries. You will be responsible for tackling complex challenges and leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Description

A Product Manager’s responsibility is to drive the entire vision and delivery of new products, features or business units to keep the organization relevant and competitive.

This involves conducting market research and customer research, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution and finally, coordinating go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature. To conduct this role successfully, a Product Manager must engage stakeholders in all areas of the organization – from leadership, to data, or support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the entire vision and delivery of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

  • Conducting market and customer research to identify potential features or releases

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.

  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Performing user experience testing.

  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

  • Maintain and update existing features.

Key Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in software product management
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience
  • A proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
