Luay A. is an experienced technical lead and full stack engineer currently working at toters delivery since September 2021. Previously, Luay co-founded Manarti from January 2017 to May 2023 and served as a senior software engineer at alBaraka Bank Syria s.a. from October 2019 to September 2021. From January 2016 to September 2019, Luay held the position of development team lead at NeoTech solutions, focusing on guiding team development, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with business analysts and software architects. Key projects include the Fault Management System, where responsibilities involved building single-page applications, improving existing code, and developing enterprise solutions. Luay possesses expertise in various technologies and frameworks such as PHP CodeIgniter, PHP Laravel, NodeJs Express, and Docker. Educational qualifications include a Master of Big Data in Computer Science from the Higher Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Damascus University.
