Todd Ruby

Todd Ruby, P.E. has extensive experience in substation design and P&C design as a Professional Engineer. Prior to their current position at Toth and Associates, Inc., Todd worked at EPS Engineering and Design and Basler Electric. Todd holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
