Shireen Khan

Shireen Khan is a seasoned biologist and pharmacologist currently serving as the Vice President of Biology and Pharmacology at Totus Medicines since November 2023. Previously, Shireen was the Executive Director at TRex Bio from January 2021 to October 2023 and held positions as Senior Director and Director of Biologics at ChemPartner, contributing significantly to antibody discovery and functional assays. With experience at XOMA, where Shireen was Associate Director and Senior Scientist, and roles at Diamics, Cholestech, and Chiron, Shireen has directed multiple drug discovery projects and developed critical assays for therapeutic antibodies and diagnostics. Shireen Khan holds a PhD in Biology from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Genetics from the University of California, Davis.
