Yuelie Lu

Yuelie Lu is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in CMC operations, overseeing drug substance and product development, manufacturing, analytical development, quality control, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of CMC Operations at Totus Medicines since July 2022, Yuelie Lu has previously held leadership positions at Connect Biopharma, Beta Pharma Inc., Imbria Pharmaceuticals, and Turning Point Therapeutics, where responsibilities included late-phase development, commercialization, and technical oversight of various drug candidates. Yuelie Lu's early career included significant roles at Portola Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacyclics, Chemspec-API, and Shanghai Chemspec Corporation, focusing on manufacturing and business development. Yuelie Lu holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University and both an MS in Polymer Chemistry and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
