Sonia Ś. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their internship at Al-Jazeera Sport Channel in 2013. During this time, they were introduced to the main operations at the SCR, the basics of video editing with Avid Media Composer, the preparation of production schedules and scripts and to the guest booking process. Sonia also developed their knowledge of media regulations, procedures and sport broadcasting rights. In 2012, they worked at UEFA as a Media Services employee, where they participated in various training sessions, including customer service excellence. Additionally, they interacted with sport’s opinion leaders and top-class athletes. From 2015-2019, Sonia Ś. worked at Netia as a TV Content & Rights Acquistion Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Touch Inflight Solutions, where they have held the roles of Account Manager and Senior Account Manager since 2020.

Sonia Ś. began their education journey in 2011 when they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Sport & Recreation Management from The University of Edinburgh. Sonia then completed a Master of Science - MS in Sport Analytics and Technologies from Loughborough University London in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
