Simon Turenne has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Chef de quart at McDonald's, where they were responsible for managing and training employees, ensuring quality service, and maintaining profitability. From 2011 to 2013, Simon worked as Vice-Président at L'incubateur, where they established client needs, supervised projects, and managed financial and human resources. Simon then joined PHD Network Canada as an Assistant Stratège from 2013 to 2015. Simon then moved on to Omnicom Media Group, where they held various roles from 2015 to 2019, including Stratège, Investissement numérique, and Superviseur, Investissement numérique. Simon is currently working as a Strategy Business Lead at Touché! since November 2019.

Simon Turenne completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Administration from Cégep régional de lanaudière à l'assomption between 2007 and 2009. Simon also holds a certification as a Facebook Certified Planning Professional from Facebook Blueprint, which they obtained in December 2017.
