Irina Veremeichuk

Irina Veremeichuk has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Touchlane LLC since June 2019. In this role, they oversee the operations of the custom software development company and focuses on creating mobile solutions. Prior to that, from August 2011 to June 2019, Irina worked at Verkhovodko and Partners LLC, starting as an Associate and later becoming a Senior Associate. In this position, they provided legal expertise in various areas including commercial and contract laws, IT and banking, corporate law, antitrust regulations, labor law, data protection, and commercial secrecy issues. Irina worked on a range of projects, such as reviewing contracts, providing legal opinions, counseling on acquisitions and leasing agreements, and participating in legal due diligence processes.

Irina Veremeichuk completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law at Belarusian State University. Irina has also obtained certification to practice law from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus in March 2014.
