Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dawn started their career in 1987 as a Technical Writer at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. In 1989, they joined The LDS Corporation and held various positions including Technical Writer, Quality Assurance Specialist/Technical Writer, and Software Trainer. In 2004, they joined Cadre Technologies as a Contractor (Part-time) and eventually became the Director of Quality Assurance. In 2009, they moved to TouchNet Information Systems as an Associate Proposal Manager. Dawn has gained expertise in technical writing, quality assurance, software training, and proposal management throughout their career.

Dawn Williams attended Metropolitan Community College from 2008 to 2009, where they studied SQL, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports. Prior to that, they attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1983 to 1987, earning their Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism.
