Cindy Johnson

Cindy JOHNSON is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in sports law and compliance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal HR and Compliance Officer and Head of the Legal Department at Toulouse Football Club since August 2020, Cindy previously worked at Fontanet & Associés as a legal collaborator and held positions at SPORTFIVE as a Quality Manager and Legal Counsel, as well as at AS Saint Etienne, where responsibilities included drafting contracts for player transfers and partnerships. Cindy's career began at LOSC Lille as a jurist, specializing in contract drafting and legal monitoring. Cindy holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Sports Law from Aix-Marseille University, completed in 2005.
