Eric Silva Pe

Eric Silva, PE, serves as the Business Development Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at TAI Engineering since August 2020. Prior to this role, Eric was a Project Engineer at E & S Construction Engineers, Inc. from November 2004 to August 2020, specializing as the lead designer on Mechanical and Plumbing systems for large buildings, including Regional Retail, Office buildings, and Data Centers, with expertise in energy modeling, building automation, and energy conservation methods. Earlier experience includes a position as a Design Engineer, where Eric performed load calculations and energy assessments, and an Industrial Engineering Co-op at Keithley Instruments, contributing to the creation of a Lean Manufacturing environment. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned between 2006 and 2010.
