Christine Métayer

Christine Moser has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since July 2015, where roles have included HR Manager, Labor Relations Manager, and Global Labor Relations Leader. Responsibilities have encompassed acting as a liaison for union negotiations, coordinating grievance resolutions, conducting employee hiring and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with contract language and affirmative action plans. Moser has contributed to the development of global HR programs and has gained expertise in employee relations, training, and workplace safety. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at West Virginia University and an internship at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, alongside a background in retail at The Book Exchange, Inc. Moser holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
