Louise Maignan

Louise Maignan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, development, and training coordination. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Tourlane since November 2019, Louise has held multiple roles, including Interim HR Business Partner and Business Functions Recruiting Lead. Prior to Tourlane, Louise gained valuable experience at Parfums Christian Dior as a Training Project Officer, where responsibilities included managing training programs for over 1400 employees. Louise also contributed to talent acquisition at Louis Vuitton in various capacities, including Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator, overseeing recruitment for 3000 retail staff and corporate personnel.
