Maximilian Rauschen

Maximilian Rauschen is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tourlane since May 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team of five recruiters to expand the Sales and Operations teams for DACH and FR, successfully hiring over 200 new employees at various levels. Prior roles at Tourlane include Interim Manager for Sales Recruiting and B2C Sales Team Lead. Maximilian has also held positions in B2B Sales and logistics management at Woolworths Limited and served as a rental agent with Sixt rent a car. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication and Political Science from RWTH Aachen University and international studies in politics and security at The University of Western Australia.
